- Members should call 1-833-764-7700 (TTY 1-833-889-6446) if they are being told that their medical, dental, vision or transportation needs are not covered.
- Providers should verify eligibility in PNM and not NaviNet at this time. Call 1-833-644-6001 with any questions.
